量子材料新奇物性的扫描隧道显微镜/谱学研究
低维二维原子晶体材料纳米体系的原子级精准构筑与物性研究
单分子自旋电子态的精准调控

过去的主要工作及获得的成果


将具有原子尺度分辨能力的扫描隧道显微镜等表征、原位操纵、原位调控手段与分子束外延、插层及等离子体刻蚀等精确制备技术相结合,原子级精准地构筑石墨烯“折纸”纳米结构、三分之一氢化石墨烯、单分子器件等多种特定构型的新型低维结构,对低维结构的超导配对密度波,马约拉纳零能模、极化子等新奇物性进行深入研究,并取得了一系列突破性成果。共发表第一作者与通讯作者SCI论文32篇,其中:Science 论文2篇,Nature 论文1篇,Nature 评述 1篇,Nat. Phys.和Nat. Commun. 7篇、 Adv. Mater. 、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 各1篇、Nano Lett. 5 篇、Science Bulletin 和Nano Research 6篇等。相关成果受到国际同行的广泛关注和高度评价, 如:英国物理学会Physics World、美国物理学会Phys. Org.和麻省理工科技评论MIT Technology Review等权威学术评论网站高度评价石墨烯“折纸术”的工作,称“Graphene origami reaches quantum precision (石墨烯“折纸术”达到量子精度)”。石墨烯“折纸术”的工作还入选了“中科院2019年度科技创新亮点成果”。 2020年获国家自然科学基金委“优秀青年基金”资助,2022年获中国物理学会胡刚复物理奖。
