简介:
博士生导师。2004年博士毕业于香港大学化学系。2004-2013年先后工作于多伦多大学(University of Toronto, Canada ),法兰克福大学(Johann Wolfgang Goethe University, Germany),杜兰大学(Tulane university,USA),爱荷华大学(University of Iowa, USA),赖斯大学(Rice University,USA)。2013年加入中国科学院物理研究所。
主要研究方向:
我们自主研发了多种新型高时空分辨超快二维红外光谱原位检测技术。这种技术不 仅具备了传统一维光谱对分子官能团或化学键本征振动模式的表征功能,更可独特 地直接检测分子内和分子间相互作用的动力学信息,以及分子结构变化动力学与基 态和激发态的关联性,可高时空分辨地预测分子在非平衡态(激发态)的三维空间 结构和分子反应中间体,从而更准确、详细和高灵敏地探测分子在平衡态或非平衡 态(激发态)结构变化动力学路径。利用此技术,我们在分子水平挑战性地对分子 间和分子内的弱氢键相互作用在生物蛋白功能结构,酶活性,光(或电)催化化学反 应,药物与蛋白相互作用以及能源材料分子发光机理等方面的能动调控动力学进行超高时空的原位微观研究。
过去的主要工作及获得的成果:
针对传统一维光谱对分子结构和动力学行为探测的局限性和不确定性,运用多种多维超快光谱技术(包括二维五级拉曼光谱,二维红外光谱,二维瞬态红外光谱,二维拉曼受激辐射光谱)在分子水平和超快时间范围(飞秒—皮秒)对分子功能结构,分子内和分子间的相互作用动力学进行超高时空分辨的微观研究。
已发表SCI(包括JACS, AngewChem.Int.Ed, Adv. Mater.)科研论文50余篇,被他引千余次。

目前的研究课题及展望:
利用自主研发的二维红外超快光谱系统,通过对分子本征振动模式以及分子内或分子间相互作用动力学的直接测量,对不同体系的分子三维功能结构以及相应结构变化动力学进行高时空分辨研究。
本实验室在分子水平从事以下几个方向的研究:
蛋白质分子动态功能结构的高时空分辨研究;
纳米药物和中药的靶向性和有效性;
癌症疾病的高灵敏度探测;
蛋白质分子结构畸变与疾病;
生物酶催化与在药物中的应用;
生物分子开关与纳米功能材料;
发光材料与能源材料的微观机理。
量子材料与器件的超快载流子动力学研究。
培养研究生情况:
每年招收博士研究生1-3名。欢迎具有不同学科(物理、化学或生物)背景的学生加入。
