简介:
中国科学院物理研究所研究员, 博士生导师。2011年于中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院固体所获博士学位; 2012年4月-2015年3月, 日本东京大学从事博士后研究; 2015年4月-2017年3月, 日本东京大学, 日本学术振兴会(JSPS)研究员; 2017年3月入职物理研究所, 任副研究员; 2021年12月任博士生导师; 2024年9月获评研究员;期间2018年入选中科院青年创新促进会和2022年获评青促会优秀会员。
主要研究方向:

过去的主要工作及获得的成果:
从事关联电子材料的探索以及静水压等极端条件下量子物态调控研究;重点关注包括非常规超导体,高静水压调控以及超导机制等课题;已在包括Nature、Phys. Rev. Lett.、Nature Commun.等期刊上发表SCI学术论文130余篇和4篇综述性论文,被引用3100余次,H因子33;曾获中科院青年创新促进会会员(2018)和优秀会员(2022),日本学术振兴会JSPS奖学金(2015), 安徽省优秀博士学位论文(2014),中科院院长优秀奖(2011)等。
主要研究成果:(i)率先在国际上发现首个三元锰基超导体(Na,K,Rb)Mn6Bi5(Tc ≈10 K),为探索锰基超导体提供了新材料平台(Press Release);(ii)国际上发现首个常压稳定的后钙钛矿结构超导体V3PnN(Pn=P,As)(Tc ≈4.2和2.6K);该发现对新超导材料探索和地质科学有重要价值(Press Release);(iii)发现一类长程磁有序与超导态实空间共存的准二维磁性超导体EuTe2;压致超导不仅与反铁磁序共存而且二者还表现出反常的同步增强现象,为揭示磁性超导体中的配对机制和反常物性提供了新材料平台(Press Release);(iv)国际上首次发现同时具有电子盐属性和高超导转变温度的新超导体Nb5Ir3O(Tc≈10 K);采用原子填充晶格间隙位置诱导新晶体结构和超导电性的方法具有普适性(Press Release);(v)系统研究并揭示了二硫族过渡金属电荷密度波材料的高压调控规律,厘清了晶格无序和静水压对CDW和超导的影响,建立了普适高压相图(1T,2H-,4Hb);(vi)实现最低10 mK和17.5 GPa的静水压环境的结合,证实坍塌四方相KFe2As2的超导态源于单轴压力效应等。
