简介:
中科院物理所“特聘研究员”,博士生导师。1989年出生于湖南省武冈市,2012年于兰州大学获得学士学位,2018年中国人民大学-中科院物理所联合培养博士(导师:张广宇研究员)。2018年8月-2022年2月于芬兰阿尔托大学从事博士后研究(合作导师:孙志培教授,欧洲科学院院士、美国光学学会会士)。2022年2月加入中国科学院物理研究所,入选中科院“引进国外杰出人才(I类)”并获得择优支持。获得首届国家优秀自费留学生奖学金(B类,全球仅50人入选),主持和参与的科研项目包括:中科院人才项目、基金委面上项目、科技部国家重点研发计划、欧盟量子旗舰计划、芬兰科学院基金等。
主要研究方向:
对称性破缺从根本上决定了材料的众多新奇物理现象(如光谷相互作用、各向异性、手性准粒子、铁电、非线性体光伏效应、非线性霍尔效应等),是现代物理学的一种重要研究范式。低维量子材料,因其对称性破缺的外场易可调控性,为研究对称性破缺物理学提供了一个完美平台。聚焦二维量子材料及其范德华异质结的对称性破缺光子学和光电子学,重点开展如下几个方面的研究工作:
1)探索新低维量子材料中的对称性破缺光电子学,实现新量子物态的发现;
2)探索二维量子材料对称性破缺光电子学的多物理场调控,突破已有性能参数,进而实现新型光电功能信息器件的构筑;
3)探索二维量子材料对称性破缺的协同耦合,激发出1+1>2的全新物理现象和量子态,开辟新的基础研究前沿和技术应用方向;
4)探索高阶非线性霍尔效应。
