刘恩克
简介:
刘恩克,1980年生。中科院物理所研究员,研究组长,博士生导师。2012年毕业于中科院物理所,获凝聚态物理(磁学)博士学位,获中科院院长奖学金特别奖、中科院百篇优秀博士论文奖,并留所于磁学国家重点实验室工作。2013年入选中科院青年创新促进会,2015年任物理所副研究员,2018年任物理所博士生导师,2020年任物理所研究员。2016年3月-2018年2月,作为“洪堡学者”赴德国Dresden马普固体化学物理所及Halle马普微结构物理所访问,合作导师Claudia Felser和Stuart Parkin教授。2017年获国家基金委“优青”基金、中科院青促会优秀会员基金、国家自然科学二等奖(排名4/5)。2021年获得中组部青年拔尖人才计划。
在国际上首次实现了磁性外尔费米子拓扑物态,提出了全过渡族Heusler合金新家族,发现了磁相变材料的“居里温度窗口”效应。在Science、Nature Physics、Nature Electronics、Physical Review Letters、PNAS、Science Advances、Nature Communications等国际期刊上发表学术论文200余篇,文章总引10000余次。其中,ESI高被引论文(Top1%)7篇、热点论文(Top0.1%)5篇。参与撰写《Handbook of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials》一书。先后在《中国科学》、《物理学报》、《Nature Physics》期刊上受邀发表观点论文。授权中、美、日、欧新材料发明专利5项。在国际学术会议及科研机构做邀请报告50余次。磁性外尔半金属线性正磁电阻研究被评为中科院合肥强磁场科学中心“2022年度SHMFF十大亮点成果”,磁性外尔半金属中自旋-轨道极化子获得“中科院2020年度科技创新亮点工作”。担任Nature、Nature Physics、Physical Review Letters等国际期刊审稿人,自旋量子态调控科技论坛学术委员会委员,中国稀土学会相变制冷材料与技术专业委员会委员,永磁材料与技术省部共建协同创新中心第一届学术委员会委员,The Innovation国际期刊编委。
主要研究方向:
磁性拓扑材料与电/热输运、拓扑磁电子学器件物理。致力于新材料新物态的实现、拓扑量子效应的磁电子学功能设计,注重从晶格、价键、能带、电子、自旋等内禀层面思考材料设计和物性调控的思想和方法。课题组研究方向:磁性拓扑新材料、器件与物理。
借助于第一性原理电子结构计算、单晶生长、薄膜器件微加工等手段,在Heusler合金、MMX合金、d-metal合金、Shandite化合物、稀土化合物等体系中,跨越朗道相变与拓扑相变,研究磁性拓扑电子电热输运、磁性拓扑关联效应、拓扑电子驱动磁畴翻转、磁场驱动马氏体相变、多卡热效应等物理行为。
过去的主要工作及获得的成果:
- 磁性外尔费米子拓扑态的实现:基于能带计算与实验研究,在国际上实现了首个磁性外尔半金属(Co3Sn2S2),完成了外尔费米子空间-时间反演对称破缺的物理分类拼图,观测到内禀的巨反常霍尔电导(1100-1850 S/cm)及巨反常霍尔角(20%-33%),为高温量子反常霍尔效应(QAHE)的二维铁磁绝缘体提供了理想的长程、面外、本征铁磁体,将拓扑物理与磁学紧密关联起来,推动了“拓扑自旋(热)电子学”的快速发展。先后在磁性外尔半金属中发现了巨反常霍尔角增强、拓扑能带调制、磁性拓扑相变、拓扑热电、拓扑催化、反常低阻态、手性边态、手性霍尔、自旋-轨道极化子、低电流密度磁畴翻转、低磁场调控拓扑态、线性大磁电阻及其模型等丰富多样的物态、物性与物理。相关链接:1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10
- 全过渡族Heusler家族的提出:基于d-d 弱共价杂化的成键特征,在国际上提出并实现了“(all-d-metal)全过渡族Heusler合金”新体系,打破了传统Heusler合金的成相规律,拓展了Heusler合金的家族成员,并开发出具有中国自主知识产权的新型高强韧磁驱动相变材料。该工作为磁相变领域新材料的设计和丰富物性的调控提供了全新的研究空间。
- MMX家族磁相变材料的推动:基于磁相变调控规律,在国际上发现了六角型MMX磁相变合金的“居里温度窗口”物理效应,提出了磁相变设计的“等结构合金化”思想,实现了40-450K宽温域内连续可调的磁驱相变和巨磁热效应。该方法在磁相变领域相变温度和磁结构同步调控中被广为采用,以此开发出磁相变新体系30余种。此研究已成为国家自然科学二等奖的代表性成果之一。相关链接
- 固态相变制冷热效应的研究:基于MMX合金及all-d-metal合金的磁相变,开展了等静压、单轴应力、脉冲强磁场条件下的磁性马氏体相变、压热效应(Baro-caloric)、弹热效应(Elasto-caloric)、磁热效应(Magneto-caloric)等系列研究,观察到了多场驱动相变、多卡热效应,为固态制冷技术的发展提供了多场热耦合调控的重要基础。
